Design-Build
Design and construction under one contract. The drawings and the build answer to the same party.
We carry the design team under our contract, so scope gaps between drawings and field work are ours to resolve, not yours to arbitrate.
Preconstruction & Bidding
Scope review, estimating, and bid preparation. The number we put in is one we can build to.
Quantity takeoffs, trade solicitation from a current bid list, and a schedule built against real lead times before the number is submitted.
Federal Compliance
FAR-compliant documentation, safety plans, and QC programs built into every project.
Accident prevention plans, activity hazard analyses, environmental protection and waste management plans, and closeout documentation prepared to the solicitation.
